They got one star because I couldn't give them a negative star. First, the "Dr.' was five minutes out of school and didn't know what she was doing. She took SO long I had to reschedule another appointment to have my eyes dilated; I waited 2 hrs to be seen for that appointment before I gave up and left. Oh - and I paid for it. The cherry on the cake was the prescription she wrote for my contacts. It was for whatever sample brand she wanted me to try - which I did and they were horrible. So I placed an order for the one's I've worn for 12 years (Acuve2) and when 1-800 Contacts tried to confirm the script, the Dr. rejected it. Said I HAD to buy the other brand. I called and asked them to approve my order, and they said I'd have to come in and see the 'Dr' again. I'd sooner gouge out my eyes with a spoon than let that quack anywhere near my eyes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Don't entrust them with your eye care.
